It wasn't meant as an admonishment Bruce, merely an explanation.
As there was obviously an element of supposition I decided to explain how the company has restructured in line with some others. I am not on Brooklin's payroll but have been associated with the company for many years, less so now that we live some distance away. I was not defending what has happened, merely providing information. I agree with you this is an odd scale and I thought I'd explained it as such. Apologies if you, or anyone else, took it the wrong way as that was not my intention.
